Two ways to delete your account

• Have the app? Go to Settings → Delete Profile → DELETE PROFILE & ALL DATA. Your account is deleted right away.
• Don’t have the app? Use the form below.

What happens when you use the form

1. You submit the email address on your Canopy account.
2. We email you from hello@canopyplantcare.com to confirm the request came from that address. Reply to confirm.
3. We delete your account and data, and email you when it’s done. We delete it within 30 days of your confirmation, usually much sooner.

What’s deleted and what’s kept

We permanently delete your account and sign-in record, your profile, every plant you’ve created, and everything tied to those plants: care events, journal entries, custom events, photos, and your conversations with the care assistant. Photo files are purged shortly after. There is no recovery window.

• Canopy Pal tags are reset to an unclaimed state rather than deleted, so they can be reused.
• Order records for products you bought from us are kept as long as tax, accounting and legal rules require.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account doesn’t cancel a Canopy Plus subscription. Cancel it first in the store you subscribed through: the App Store or Google Play.
